Job summary

Center for Family Practice in Latham, NY seeks a General Practice Physician to join our independent, patient-centered family medicine team. You will provide comprehensive primary and preventive care across all ages, diagnose and manage conditions, and build lasting relationships with patients and families.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted medical license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages (<140 chars).
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions (<90 chars).
• Develop lasting relationships with patients and families (<80 chars).
• Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team (<70 chars).
• Participate in the continued growth and development of the practice (<88 chars).

We are a busy independently-owned family practice seeking a dedicated General Practice Physician to join our growing team. We provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life and are looking for a physician who values strong patient relationships, quality care, and teamwork. We have an excellent team with dedicated LPNs to work 1-on-1 with each provider.
