Endeavor Health is seeking a BC/BE eligible Family Medicine Physician in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, at our Rickert location, to join the team. Qualifications:

1. Experienced Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in Illinois
2. Board certified or eligible
3. Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
4. Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with patients, families, medical personnel, and other members of the healthcare team in a compassionate and customer-oriented manner
5. Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care for the specialty area
6. Ability to perform effectively and efficiently under stressful emergency situations
7. Ability to prioritize patient care to support efficient patient flow in EEH facilities or EEH Medical Group offices
8. Ability to work a flexible schedule and assist in covering vacancies when necessary

• Two-year salary guarantee from $222,000 to $356,000. Placement within this range depends on factors such as FTE, experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Illinois Medical License or pending license
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency and board certification/eligibility by the American Board of Family Medicine

Responsibilities:

• Development of clinical practice
• Minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, including morning, evening, and weekend hours
• Participation in weekend and weekday call
• Teaching of house staff and medical students as assigned
