Endeavor Health is seeking a BC/BE eligible Family Medicine Physician in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, at our Rickert location, to join the team. Qualifications:
- Experienced Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in Illinois
- Board certified or eligible
- Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
- Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with patients, families, medical personnel, and other members of the healthcare team in a compassionate and customer-oriented manner
- Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care for the specialty area
- Ability to perform effectively and efficiently under stressful emergency situations
- Ability to prioritize patient care to support efficient patient flow in EEH facilities or EEH Medical Group offices
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and assist in covering vacancies when necessary

- Two-year salary guarantee from $222,000 to $356,000. Placement within this range depends on factors such as FTE, experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Illinois Medical License or pending license
- Completion of a Family Medicine residency and board certification/eligibility by the American Board of Family Medicine
Responsibilities:
- Development of clinical practice
- Minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, including morning, evening, and weekend hours
- Participation in weekend and weekday call
- Teaching of house staff and medical students as assigned
