Banner Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient-only role in Fernley, Nevada, just 30 minutes from Reno and less than an hour to Lake Tahoe. This is a 100% outpatient role (no OB) where youll join an established practice with strong support, clinical autonomy, and a focus on patient-centered care and provider well-being.

Recruitment incentives of $125,000+:

$125,000 sign-on/relocation incentive when loan repayment is not needed

$60,000 sign-on/relocation incentive + up to $100,000 loan repayment

$1,500/month resident stipend during the final 12 months of training after signing the employment contract (up to $18,000 total)
