Banner Health is actively recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician (no OB) to join a supportive team in Sterling, Colorado. This established practice offers autonomy with a 18–26 patient visits/day target and participation in after-hours pediatric hospital call.

The position provides a $290k base salary, a $100k starting bonus, up to $18k resident stipend, paid CME days, fully paid malpractice insurance, robust benefits, and PSLF loan forgiveness eligibility.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine (no OB).
• Active medical license and privileges in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary care in a cohesive, team-centered setting.
• Manage 18–26 patient visits per day with autonomy over the patient panel.
• Participate in family medicine telephone call with pediatric hospital call.
