Mountain Family Health Centers in Colorado is hiring a primary care physician with OB experience for a full-time role. You will provide acute, chronic and preventive medical care in a community-focused practice with a 4/10 schedule rotation and a strong emphasis on work‑life balance.

General Purpose

To perform professional medical activities as a primary care physician with OB experience in providing acute, chronic and preventative medical care. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week on a 4/10 schedule rotation.

Job Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved medical school.


• Satisfactory completion of a post-graduate training program and is Board-Eligible or Board-Certified by the American Board of Physicians and specified Specialty.


• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado.


• BLS Certification required.


• Completion of OB fellowship preferred

Salary: $255,554 to $283,116 annually, which includes up to $7,500 geographic pay incentive

Sign on Bonus: Up to $10,000
