Northwestern Medicine Health Network Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine physician to join our team in Wheaton, IL, located in the western suburbs of Chicago.

As a NM Family Medicine physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. Key Responsibilities

• Join a team of 10 Family Medicine Physicians
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, 1 evening per week until 7 pm
• Call responsibilities: 1 week in every 11
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
• Hospital privileges at NM Central DuPage Hospital
• Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
• Advance practice provider and certified medical assistant support
• EPIC electronic health system

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
• Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
