Monday - 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday - 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday - 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Thursday - 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Friday - 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Overview:

• Join a team of talented and dedicated healthcare providers, including three primary care physicians, a pediatrician, a dentist, and two nurse practitioners

• 100% outpatient

• Flexible schedule

• 18-20 patients a day

• Four-day workweek optional

• NO weekends, evenings, off on major holidays, and generous PTO

• Guaranteed annual salary plus incentives

• 35 patient hours a week

• Dedicated administrative time built into your schedule

• eClinicalWorks EMR

• Team-based collaborative care model

• Paid malpractice with 100% tail insurance covered through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA)

• Eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and company loan repayment program

Excellent benefits and compensation package includes:

• $236,000-$241,000 guaranteed salary

• $100,000 loan repayment

• $5000.00 CME and 40 hours of time off for CME purposes

• $5000.00 relocation reimbursement

• Guaranteed 2.5% minimum annual salary increase

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine

• Completion of an accredited Residency Program

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible

• Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start

• Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.

• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH
