Gould Medical Group is looking for a BE/BC Family Medicine physician without OB in Modesto, CA.

Position Details:

• Starting base salary: $300,000
• Two-year salary guarantee
• Loan or mortgage assistance, up to $200,000
• Residency stipend available
• RVU based compensation model starting in year 2
• Sign-on bonus
• Up to $50,000+ RVU Bonus potential during guarantee
• Position requirement: serve as faculty for recently accredited FM residency program
• EHR: Epic

Qualifications of the Core Faculty Member

• Must have and maintain current certification by the American Board of Family Medicine
• Demonstrate a strong interest in the education of residents
• Devote sufficient time to the Residency Program to fulfill their supervisory and teaching responsibilities
• Pursue faculty development at least annually to enhance skills in education, quality improvement, patient safety, and physician well-being
• Maintain a working knowledge of the most up-to-date program specific requirements
• Include current licensure and appropriate medical staff appointment
• Include ongoing clinical activity
• Demonstration of ongoing academic achievements in the specialty, including publications and the development of educational programs, is preferred
• Be licensed to practice medicine in the state of California
• Faculty experience, leadership, organizational, and administrative qualifications preferred
