Family Medicine
Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Bagley, Minnesota.
Bagley, Minnesota, is a charming community 28 miles west of Bemidji. It offers a small-town atmosphere with cultural options typical of northern Minnesota. The area features natural attractions such as Lake Lomond within the city limits, Itasca State Park, and the Mississippi River headwaters, all within 25 miles. Enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling, canoeing, golf, fishing, and hunting. Bagley combines small-town charm with access to cultural, shopping, and recreational amenities.
The Family Medicine Core Privileges include conducting history and physical examinations, admitting patients (if applicable), evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and consulting on patients of all ages with various illnesses, injuries, and conditions affecting multiple systems. Responsibilities also include pre-operative and post-operative care of surgical patients and return-to-work assessments.

Experience can be demonstrated by:
Applicants must demonstrate active involvement in family medicine, including case logs with at least 25 vaginal deliveries, 50 adult medical patients, and 10 inpatient pediatric cases in the past year.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency is required. Certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties or equivalent is preferred. Recent graduates must achieve board certification within five years of residency completion unless waived.

Base salary ranges from $265,175 to $343,168 annually, with potential for additional earnings based on wRVUs. Incentives may also be available. Compensation varies based on education, experience, and other factors.
