Opportunity Information

Auburn Medical Group seeks to hire an experienced BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join an established practice in Auburn, CA.

Assess, treat, and follow family medicine patients for preventive, acute, and chronic care for an established and growing patient panel along with covering occasionally for other clinicians. There is also concomitant supervision of advanced practice clinicians. Call includes up to 2–3 months of (first) phone call plus an additional 4 months of back–up call for APCs. Participation in after–hours bi–annual dinner meetings is required. Patient care occurs over two 3.5 hour blocks daily with 30–minute administrative blocks at the end of the morning and afternoon appointment blocks.

SIP’s physicians offer primary and advanced specialty care and serve 100,000+ patients in the Placer, Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo counties. Sutter Independent Physicians' mission is to partner with independent practices to deliver efficient, innovative, and high–quality care to the Sacramento Valley.

  • The team includes 2 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians.
