• Part of Arrowhead Family Medical Group, Inc., specializing in Family Medicine.
• Facilities include two procedure rooms, 30 exam rooms, and three consult rooms.
• Services include Preventive Medicine, Family Health Planning, Women's Health (OB/Gyn), well-child visits, Immunizations, and Patient Education.
