Essentia Health’s Proctor Clinic in Proctor, MN seeks a Family Practice physician to join a small, stable team of 2 MDs and 3 APPs with growth planned. The position offers a 1.0 FTE workload, Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM, with a ZERO Call model and no after-hours responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is BC/BE in Family Practice, OB optional, and motivated to build a robust practice while balancing work-life harmony. EPIC EMR with DAX Ai supports efficient patient management.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Practice.
• OB experience optional.
• Experience working in a team-based clinic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Family Practice care at Proctor Clinic.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 MDs and 3 APPs; 1.0 FTE with 36 patient contact hours.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with clinic hours 7 AM–5 PM.

Work Schedule:

Anticipated weekly schedule is Monday to Friday, with clinic hours from 7 AM to 5 PM. Providers' schedules vary, with a 1.0 FTE equivalent of 36 patient contact hours.

Technology:

Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai for efficient patient management.

ZERO Call!

In an effort to maintain work-life balance for our providers, Essentia has implemented a ZERO Call model. All after hours call (not including OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team.

COMPENSATION
