Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited medical school with MD or DO.
• Completion of family medicine residency training.
• Board certification or eligibility in family medicine.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.
• Provide outpatient family medicine services.

Individual must be a graduate of accredited school of medicine with Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree plus completion of family medicine residency training program. Must have PA medical license and be board certified/eligible in family medicine. Will provide comprehensive outpatient medical services for family care patients. Will provide preventative care for infants, children and adults. Will provide preventative care, immunizations, health education and will order and interpret lab testing.
