Position Summary

Under the supervision of a Medical or Specialty Director, the Provider delivers culturally competent, high-quality care in a community-based, team-oriented setting. This role encompasses the diagnosis and treatment of physical and behavioral health conditions, preventive health maintenance, patient education, and continuity of care for Unity patients.

Key ResponsibilitiesHealth Outcomes

• Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations, diagnostic testing, and develop treatment plans
• Provide preventive care, patient counseling, and specialty referrals as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Stay current with clinical best practices through continued medical education (CME)

• Minimum Qualifications
• Current DC professional license (MD/DO, NP, or PA)
• Active CDS and DEA registrations (DC-based)
• Graduate of an accredited medical, nursing, or PA program
• Board certified or board eligible in specialty area (must be certified within 1 year of hire)
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule and occasional weekend/evening coverage
• Work Environment & Risks The role involves regular clinical work within Unity Health Care facilities. Standard safety precautions apply. Providers are expected to comply with medical community standards and provide documentation of a recent health assessment (including PPD or chest X-ray results).
