Job summary

Madison Healthcare Services in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated BE/BC Family Medicine physician to provide full-spectrum care across outpatient clinic, hospital/ER, and care center settings for patients of all ages.

You’ll work with a collaborative team of clinicians in a rural community, participate in clinical discussions, and help shape patient-centered care while delivering high-quality, team-based care with modern EPIC documentation.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine.
• MD/DO licensure in Minnesota or eligible.
• Experience in outpatient/ambulatory care and ER settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient, inpatient and ER care across the lifespan.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR.

Madison Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician who is BE/BC Family Medicine to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide full-spectrum care in a rural community setting, including clinic, hospital/emergency room and care center services, for patients of all ages. Madison Healthcare current medical staff consists of 2- MD, 1-DNP/APRN/CNP, 1- PA-C and 1-NP. You will work closely with a dynamic and collaborative group of clinicians who value shared decision-making and teamwork. Duties / Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR.

• BC/BE PREFERRED
• Licensure by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Experience in outpatient/ambulatory care/ER required
• DEA certification or eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, CALS, PALS or ATLS certifications preferred (required by end of orientation).
