Job Summary:

Family Medicine physicians specialize in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of their patients and their families. They are trained to care for all ages, from children age 5 to senior adults. Because family practitioners are trained to treat the whole person, these specialists diagnose and treat a wide range of health issues. In most cases, a referral from a family doctor is not necessary to see a Kelsey-Seybold specialist, but the family doctor plays a key role in coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare team members.

Kelsey Seybold Clinic accepts H1B Visas.

Responsibilities:

1. See patients in an outpatient setting Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., including new patients and corporate physicals.
2. Participate in the Family Medicine Call group. On-call duty occurs about once per month, either on a weekday or weekend, shared with another physician. The call involves answering patient calls from the group.
3. Conduct annual physicals and wellness exams.
4. Provide preventive medicine services.
