Physician - Family Med Residency Faculty

Overview

The Williamsport Family Medicine Residency, part of UPMC North Central PA, is seeking a full-spectrum FM physician to join our dedicated, long-term faculty. This well-established, unopposed residency program offers opportunities in outpatient clinics, precepting, and various inpatient and outpatient services:

• Inpatient medicine
• Inpatient OB
• Outpatient OB (including our prenatal center within the Residency office)
• Nursery
• Nursing Home care

The program emphasizes high resident satisfaction and allows physicians to support their areas of passion, dedicating approximately one-third of their time to patient care, teaching, and administrative duties.

Qualifications and Preferences

Qualified BC/BE FM MD/DO candidates are encouraged to apply. DO candidates with an interest in teaching OMM are especially welcome. Candidates must be eligible for a medical license in Pennsylvania.
