Job summary

Highmark Health in Pittsburgh seeks a practicing MD/DO with at least 10 years of clinical leadership experience to serve as the clinical dyad for the provider partnerships market. You will lead the clinical aspects of opportunity identification, design, readiness, and adoption of living health solutions within partner networks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated record of clinical leadership in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong ability to interpret clinical and operational data to inform care models.
• Experience with Value Based Care programs and population health infra.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical dyad to provider partnerships market leader and co-lead solution adoption.
• Represent clinical perspective on decisions related to provider partnerships and solutions.
• Develop and implement frameworks for bringing innovative clinical solutions to partners.
• Collaborate with clinicians and administrators to validate and drive adoption of clinical pathways.
• Build relationships with community hospitals and CINs to expand Highmark Health presence.
• Provide other clinical duties as assigned within the enterprise.
