3. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, open to consecutive or non-consecutive 1-2 days per week
4. Scope: 100% Outpatient Endocrinology
5. No Call
6. Affiliated Hospital: 131-bed community hospital
7. Requirements: Board certified, active CA license, CA DEA, assistance with credentialing provided
