Position

Endocrinologist – 1.0 FTE

Location: Brainerd, MN

Overview

We are looking for a patient-centered Endocrinologist to help grow our practice in Brainerd. Four-day work week with great work/life balance and no call. Supported by a system-wide team of Endocrinologists and APCs. Large service area with hundreds of referring physicians. Located in the Brainerd Lakes Region of Minnesota.

Practice specifics

• Primarily an outpatient practice.
• Four-day work week, great work/life balance.
• No call.
• Supportive system-wide team of Endocrinologists and APCs.
• Typical office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexibility available).
• Large service area with hundreds of referring physicians.
• Excellent surgical providers for thyroid/parathyroid.
• Ability to apply and analyze latest diabetes-related devices including pumps, sensors, and meters.

• Brainerd/Baxter, MN
• Area offers fishing, boating, camping, canoeing, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, hunting, snowmobiling, and ATV activities.
• Home to the Brainerd International Raceway.
• Area population: approximately 115,000
• Excellent schools. Only 2 hours from Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Compensation

• $309,388. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
