Job summary

Community Health Network's Community Physician Network is seeking a BE/BC Endocrinologist to join a large, busy practice in northeast Indianapolis. The physician will work 100% in endocrinology with no primary care duties, limited call, and minimal inpatient responsibilities.

Onsite thyroid ultrasound is available, and there is a large primary care referral base. Indiana medical license is required; board certification/eligibility in endocrinology is expected.

Qualifications

• Indiana medical license is required.
• Fellowship in endocrinology training program.
• Board certification/eligibility in endocrinology required or anticipated.

Responsibilities

• 100% endocrinology with no primary care duties.

Job description

Community Physician Network is seeking an exceptional BE/BC team-oriented & skilled Endocrinologist to serve patients in highly-desirable Northeast Indianapolis. Our collegial group works closely with primary care and specialty care physicians to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes. This physician will join a large and busy practice, which includes well-established Endocrinologists and several nurse practitioners.

• * 100% Endocrinology
• * No Primary Care duties

• * Large Primary Care referral base

Licensure & Certification

• * Indiana medical license will be required
