Job summary

Community Physician Network in Northeast Indianapolis seeks a BE/BC endocrinologist to join a large, busy practice with established endocrinologists and nurse practitioners. This role is 100% endocrinology with no primary care duties, limited call, and minimal inpatient responsibilities.

Onsite access for thyroid ultrasound supports comprehensive endocrine care. Indiana medical license is required with Board Certification/Eligibility in Endocrinology.

Qualifications

• Indiana medical license required.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Completed a fellowship in accredited endocrinology training program.
• Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all care team members.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% endocrinology care with no primary care duties.
• Collaborate with primary and specialty care physicians for comprehensive care.
• Perform onsite thyroid ultrasound and coordinate related imaging.
• Maintain a large primary care referral base and contribute to patient outcomes.
• Participate in a team with established endocrinologists and nurse practitioners.

Community Physician Network is seeking an exceptional BE/BC team-oriented & skilled Endocrinologist to serve patients in highly-desirable Northeast Indianapolis. Our collegial group works closely with primary care and specialty care physicians to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes. This physician will join a large and busy practice, which includes well-established Endocrinologists and several nurse practitioners.
