Community Health Network is seeking a BE/BC endocrinologist to join a large, collegial group serving patients in the Northeast Indianapolis area. This role emphasizes an exclusive focus on endocrinology with strong collaboration among primary and specialty care physicians.

The position offers a supportive environment with a 100% endocrinology load, limited call, minimal inpatient duties, and onsite thyroid ultrasound capabilities, supported by a broad Primary Care referral base.

Qualifications

• Indiana medical license is required.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Fellowship trained in an accredited endocrinology program.

Responsabilités

Community Physician Network is seeking an exceptional BE/BC team-oriented & skilled Endocrinologist to serve patients in highly-desirable Northeast Indianapolis. Our collegial group works closely with primary care and specialty care physicians to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes. This physician will join a large and busy practice, which includes well-established Endocrinologists and several nurse practitioners.

• * 100% Endocrinology
• * No Primary Care duties
• * Limited call
• * Minimal inpatient responsibilities
• * Onsite access for thyroid ultrasound
• * Large Primary Care referral base

Licensure & Certification

• * Indiana medical license will be required

• * Completed a fellowship in an accredited endocrinology training program
