About the Opportunity

We are actively seeking highly motivated and skilled Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team in full-time or part-time positions. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients experiencing a wide range of medical emergencies. Working alongside a dedicated team of nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals, you'll ensure timely and effective interventions for every patient who enters the emergency department.

About the Practice

• Patient Volume : Expect to see approximately 28 patients per day.
• Coverage Model : Our single-coverage model provides 24.5 hours of physician coverage per day with a 30-minute day-to-night overlap for smooth transitions.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) : We utilize the Epic EMR system for efficient documentation and patient information management.
• Trauma Center : This facility functions as a Level 3 Trauma Center with a helipad for air medical transportation when needed.
• Nursing Staff : Benefit from a fully staffed nursing team to assist you in providing optimal patient care.
• Hospitalist Support : Enjoy 24 / 7 in-house hospitalist support for patient consultations and collaboration.

Who You Are

• Board certified in Emergency Medicine (BC / EM) or board-eligible for Emergency Medicine certification.
• Alternatively, board certified in Family Practice (BC / FP) with extensive emergency department experience, or board certified in Internal Medicine (BC / IM) with extensive emergency department experience, will be considered.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Active Wisconsin medical license is mandatory.
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license is required.

Compensation
