Work Dates Needed: Jul 25, 2024; 10-20 shifts a month. Preferred Schedule: 12-hour shifts; day/night rotation. Worksite Setting: Hospital.

Scope of Work: Annual patient volume: 30,000; Patients per hour: 1.5; ED bed count: 23.

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active Tennessee license. Board Certified or Board Eligible (with 5 years of eligibility after highest training). BD requirement: EM, FM, IM. ACLS/PALS certification if not EM boarded, plus ATLS — must provide proof of completion at least once. Covid vaccine is not required; however, if the provider has a CDC card, it should be included in the application. EMR: CERNER.
