Physician / Emergency Medicine / Arizona / Locum tenens / Multiple Positions in Northern Arizona

We are seeking ER Physicians, Hospitalists, and Advanced Practitioners to start this winter at a mid-volume site in Northern Arizona, just two hours outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. This opportunity involves per-diem work in the Emergency Department and Hospital Program, starting in January 2017.

Requirements:

1. Physicians: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Surgery with ER experience; ATLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; Active Arizona license.
2. Advanced Practitioners: Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant; Active Arizona license.
