Job summary

Fairview is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join their team at M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center in Princeton, MN. This position offers a mix of clinical responsibilities including providing care at a Level IV Trauma center within a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have completed residency training in Emergency Medicine or related fields and hold the relevant board certifications.

Qualifications

• BC/BE with American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care at M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center.
• Support Emergency Department visits averaging 25,000+ annually.
• Collaborate with RNs, ED Techs, and other support staff.

Fairview is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to provide clinical care at M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center in Princeton, MN.M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center’s Emergency Department a Level IV Trauma center and is 17 beds, which includes 2 trauma/critical care rooms, 2 behavioral health rooms.

Practice Details:

• Join a team of 11 Physicians and 3 APPs
• Average number of Emergency Department visits annually: 25,000+
• 1.0 FTE
• Shifts are 12 hours: 7a-7p, 10a-10p and 7p-7a
• 1:3 weekends
• Support staff of RNs, ED Techs, HUCs, and NAs
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Emergency Medicine, Family medicine, Internal Medicine or similar residency training programs

• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
