Job summary

CompHealth is assisting a Minnesota Emergency Medicine physician group with 12-hour shifts and a full-time schedule in a physician-led ED.

The team currently includes 4 physicians, with plans to add the fifth. NP/PA coverage is provided weekdays and weekends, and the ED has recently remodeled with Epic DAX documentation. Expect 16–18 patient encounters daily and comprehensive benefits and salary negotiation support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Experience working in a fast-paced Emergency Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide 12-hour shifts (7 am–7 pm or 7 pm–7 am) with flexible scheduling.
• Join a collegial department of 4 physicians as the 5th member.
• NP/PA coverage on weekdays and weekends, 9 am–1 am, 7 days a week.
• Care for an average of 16–18 patients per day in a physician-led organization.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiation, licenses, and onboarding with CompHealth support.
