Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care invites an Emergency Medicine physician to join a community hospital team known for physician-owned partnership and autonomy. The role offers leading-edge support from a broad healthcare team and opportunities to influence local emergency care within a Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Primary Stroke Center.

You will collaborate with inpatient behavioral health and labor/delivery units, supported by on-site physicians and scribe services,

Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Illinois licensure is a plus; visa candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on community-based emergency care.

Position Overview: Seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to provide care at a community hospital with a supportive, physician-owned partnership model. This role offers autonomy, local control, and support from a broad healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency care to an annual volume of 28,000 patients with an average of 76 daily visits.
• Work within a Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Primary Stroke Center.
• Collaborate with inpatient behavioral health and labor/delivery units, supported by on-site physicians and scribe services.
• Participate in integrated care solutions with critical care physicians.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board Eligible or Certified in Emergency Medicine.
