• 12 shifts per month, 12 hours each; extra shifts available
• Shift hours: 7:30 am - 7:30 pm and 7:30 pm - 7:30 am
• Staffing: 1 physician and 1 APP during the day
• Shifts are distributed throughout the month
• Handling trauma alerts, including shootings and stabbings
• H-1B visas are accepted
