Position Requirements
  1. Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start.
  2. Board Certified or Board Eligibility in Clinic Cardiac Electrophysiology.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in EP practice after fellowship.
Position Details
  • 100% EP practice at 1 hospital.
  • Outreach clinic: 1-4 half days per month.
  • Three state-of-the-art EP labs, including 2 biplane labs.
  • Mapping systems: CARTO, EnSite, and Rhythmia; Cryoablation; Farapulse PFA.
  • CRM: Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Abbott.
  • Hybrid lab available for EP procedures.
  • Active clinical EP research program: Platinum research site and Boston Scientific Center of Training.
  • EPIC EMR system.
  • Team: 5 EP providers, 16 Cardiologists and Interventional Cardiologists.
  • EP Director: Dr. Ziad Issa.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Two-year base guarantee, followed by productivity-based compensation.
  • Generous vacation, CME reimbursement, patient outcome bonuses, commencement bonus, and relocation assistance.

Salary range: $745,000.00 - $760,000.00

Qualifications
Education
  • Clinical doctorate required.
Experience
  • Competence in healthcare delivery for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics required.
Certifications & Licenses
  • Licensed physician in practice state required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
  • Maintain Controlled Substance license and DEA as applicable.
  • Completion or ongoing completion of an accredited residency program.
  • Board certification or eligibility required.
