The Department of Diagnostic Radiology & Nuclear Medicine at Rush University Medical Center is seeking to hire a fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic Radiologist at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. Join our well-established department in Chicago, IL, with a collegial group of 36 sub-specialized radiologists serving Rush University Medical Center, Rush Oak Park Hospital, and outpatient facilities across Chicagoland.
Responsibilities include interpretation of adult chest radiographs, lung cancer screening CTs, and cardiothoracic CT and MRI examinations. The candidate will collaborate with residents, fellows, medical students, and other specialists in thoracic surgery, cardiovascular surgery, oncology, pulmonology, critical care, cardiology, and radiation oncology. Opportunities also exist in administration, research, hospital committees, and quality initiatives. Equipment includes 10 MRI magnets, a 3T research magnet, 12 CT scanners including dual-energy systems, and a state-of-the-art photon-counting CT.
