VA Pittsburgh is seeking a fellowship-trained MSK radiologist capable of performing procedures such as arthrograms, bone biopsies, US-guided MSK procedures, and hip injections. The diagnostic radiologist provides a broad range of image interpretation, image-guided procedures, and patient care services within Diagnostic Radiology, with potential subspecialty expertise.
Applicants must meet basic and any additional requirements listed in the job announcement. Pending training or license completion applicants may be considered tentatively. Existing VA physicians who met previous qualification standards are deemed qualified.
The incumbent will perform various diagnostic and interventional procedures, interpret imaging studies, participate in quality assurance, and contribute to clinical education and program oversight. Responsibilities include image interpretation, procedure performance, quality management, safety oversight, patient interaction, and participation in clinical conferences.
