Job description

Locums, Inc. is seeking a top-notch Dermatologist for a part-time opportunity at an Anti-Aging, Cosmetic, and Regenerative clinic aiming to become a leader in Miami. The clinic is introducing non-invasive Cosmetic and Regenerative therapies, with plans to include full invasive procedures early next year.

The position initially involves 3 days per week, with the possibility of increasing days in early 2022. The Dermatologist will lead in providing non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as CO2 Laser resurfacing, skin screening, Botox treatments, and Thermage skin tightening.

Patient Demographics and Work Details

• Patients include Baby Boomers, Gen X, and Millennials
• 2-3 patients per hour
• No on-call duties
• No hospital work

• Fun-sculpting
• Cool-sculpting
• Collagen replacement therapies
• Botox injections and Fillers
• Corrective Aesthetic Dental Procedures

Procedures in Phase 2

• Mohs Cancer Surgery

Staff and Equipment

• Dermatological Nurse Practitioners, RNs, and MAs on staff at all times
• State-of-the-art equipment and facilities

Compensation and Duration

• Starting at $200/hr, commensurate with experience
• Malpractice coverage at $1 million / $3 million
• Start date: October 18, 2021, with no specified end date
• Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, three days per week, with potential increases in early 2022

Requirements

• Active and Unrestricted Florida Physician's license
• Proven experience as a Dermatologist in hospital, clinic, or private practice
• Board Certified in Plastic Surgery through the ABD
• Comfortable performing or overseeing the listed procedures
