Job summary

Concentra in Fort Collins is seeking a Medical Director to blend patient care with organizational leadership within our occupational health network. This physician-guided role focuses on clinical excellence, staff mentorship and program growth, with a base salary range of $290,000–$310,000 plus a Director Stipend and monthly/quarterly bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in good standing and unrestricted.
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for jurisdiction.
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the medical model, leading by example.
• Provide leadership in healthcare management to ensure day-to-day execution of the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive outcomes.
• Manage clinicians, support staff, and comply with APC supervisory requirements.
• Create a professional and collaborative working environment.
• Work with leaders to identify and implement changes for continuous clinic improvement.
• Maintain relationships with center clients and payers.
• Work with clinic leadership to manage staffing levels.
• Promote Concentra values for all clinic colleagues.
• Contribute to budget planning and monitor key business metrics.

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate within the state range of $290,000 to $310,000, plus a Director Stipend and Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses. Base salary depends on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
