The job involves spending 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience. It requires ensuring day-to-day execution of the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists, monitoring key clinical center metrics, managing clinicians and support staff, and creating a professional and collaborative working environment. The role also involves working with the DMO to identify and implement changes for continuous clinical improvement, mastering the use of clinical systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving patient and client experience metrics, and maintaining relationships with center clients and payers. Education/Credentials:
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS
• Graduate of an accredited medical program with a M.D. or D.O.
• Must be board certified by ABPM, ABFM or medical board in the state where employed and inaccordance with state laws of practice
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
