Essentia Health in Fargo, North Dakota invites a board-certified or board-eligible urologist to join our casual, flexible team.

The role offers strong hospital support, Level II trauma status, and state-of-the-art tools including 2 Da Vinci robots. You will work with 1 experienced urologist and 3 nurse practitioners in a coordinated, clinic-to-OR workflow across our integrated facility.

Compensation includes hourly pay with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

COMPENSATION

• $375 per hour. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
