Exciting Urology Opportunity in Fargo, ND

Essentia Health – Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a board certified or board eligible Urologist to join our esteemed and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity within a stable, clinician–led organization that values excellence and collaboration.

• Competitive Compensation: Starting base pay of $600,000–$650,000 based on experience with an opportunity to earn beyond. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production–based compensation.
• Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside a collegial team of 1 Urologist and 3 Nurse Practitioners.
• Balanced Workload: Admissions are managed by the hospitalist service, with a manageable call schedule of 1:4.
• Operational Efficiency: Benefit from dedicated block time of 2–3 days per week, supported by a well–trained and efficient OR staff.
• Advanced Support: Our Advanced Practice Providers assist in the OR and help manage hospital patients.

State–of–the–Art Facilities

• Level II Trauma Center: Providing comprehensive care with advanced technology.
• Cutting–Edge Equipment: Including 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120–Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics.
• Integrated Care: Clinic, ER, OR, and hospital are all within the same facility, ensuring seamless patient care.
• Robust Referral Network: Built–in referral pattern from a large health system with 25 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area.
