Job summary

CompHealth is helping a premier health system in northwest PA hire a Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery to lead an established program. This on-site role features robotics with a dedicated cardiac anesthesia team, a cardiac rehab unit and a hybrid OR, and a favorable 1:2 call schedule.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience, 5+ years in CT surgery, and chief-level credentials. DuBois, PA offers rural/suburban lifestyle with access to metro areas within a few hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cardiothoracic leadership experience.
• Chief experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead an established program.
