This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary heart team delivering advanced therapies for patients with complex and high-risk cardiac conditions in a collaborative and well-supported environment.

Team Culture and Practice Environment
  • Join a comprehensive cardiology team, including non-invasive and interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and cardiothoracic surgeons.
  • Collaborate with cardiac intensivists, nurse navigators, heart failure RNs, and advanced practice providers in a multidisciplinary care model.
  • Opportunities to mentor medical students and residents and participate in heart failure quality improvement initiatives.
  • Inpatient and outpatient mix, with a focus on longitudinal care and chronic disease management.
Facility and Technology
  • Advanced Heart Failure program, featuring:
  • On-site cardiopulmonary diagnostics, cardiac imaging, and cardiac rehab.
  • Access to LVAD, ECMO, and shock management protocols in collaboration with regional centers.
  • Participation in regional referral networks for heart transplant and mechanical circulatory support.
