Contract length is ongoing.Shifts are 10 hours with night beeper call from 5 PM to 7 AM.The physician will be off the next day after call or first released the following day around 11 AM.Some days will only include a 10-hour shift.There will be approximately 3 call shifts per week.Full-time coverage is needed for 2027 and specific dates in November and December.Patient load per day varies depending on the anesthetizing location.The patient population includes all ages.The department focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.Physicians will work alongside surgeons and specialty clinicians in various surgical and procedural areas.There will be exposure to diverse and complex patient populations due to the wide case mix.This is a Level I Trauma designated department.Emergency Medical Records system in use is Epic.Key special procedures include cardiac cases.Candidates must meet credentialing requirements within a 90-day timeframe.Expedited credentialing can be approved with leadership approval for those with a clean file.Health requirements include vaccinations, physical, and fit testing.
