Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in coding, 2 years in leadership or auditing.
• Experience providing coder mentorship and physician education.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and E/M coding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage auditing functions for Physician Practices.
• Conduct audits to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement auditing programs and provide training.
