Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physician Behavior Technician for a contract-full-time role in Kissimmee, FL. The BT will facilitate behavioral services for children and adults with special needs, collaborating with specialists to reach learning and behavioral goals.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, documenting progress, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards. Minimums: HS diploma, CPR, and 18+ years old; ARS pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience in ARS preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
