Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Behavior Technician for a part-time contract role in Glen Cove, NY. The position supports educational and behavioral services for individuals with special needs, with collaboration from school professionals and other specialists to reach learning goals.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, pediatric experience preferred, and compliance with health and safety requirements. 30 hours per week at $24/hour with weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• CPR current if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
