The Mount Sinai Health System seeks a PA Supervisor to lead a team of PAs and Advanced Practice Providers, ensuring clinical excellence and professional accountability across the designated area.
The role partners with physicians, nursing and administration to optimize patient care, oversee staffing, and drive policies, education, and governance. Strong leadership, clinical expertise, and commitment to CME are essential.
Supervises and directs team of PAs and/or Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for purposes of optimizing patient care and overseeing professional accountability and management of the designated team. The PA Supervisor engages as a liaison to PA practice to leadership, administration, nursing, and medical teams.
Maintains clinical responsibility for patient care with supervising physician, and in collaboration with associated medical teams and staffing. Performs a broad spectrum of care regarding critical thinking, diagnosis, ordering of medications and diagnostics, and performance of corrective, preventive and therapeutic measures in the inpatient, surgical, and/or outpatient setting. Assumes medical staff privileging under the scope of practice of a delegated physician determined by Mount Sinai Health System, and the department of hire.
Greater than 5 years' experience as clinical PA, with additional leadership/management skills preferred

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $115,494.00 - $173,241.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
