The Associate Chief of Staff for Research and Development provides leadership in administration, clinical practice, and program development for the Medical Center's Research and Development Service. This role ensures the achievement of clinical, research, and educational goals. The candidate should have an established record of collaborative research with academic institutions and proficiency in research data analysis and interpretation, suitable for presentations and publications.
The incumbent must be a board-certified physician with advanced clinical experience, demonstrated leadership skills, and meet faculty appointment requirements at affiliated academic institutions.
