Qualifications

• Must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• Current, active PA license in the United States.
• NCCPA certification with ongoing CME/recertification requirements.
• Submit official transcripts, certification, and licensure documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient urgent care, emergent and chronic care to detainees with occasional regional oversight by Medical Doctors.
• Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations, including specified gynecological and pediatric exams as needed.
• Screen for and treat contagious diseases and other health concerns in the detainee population.
• Maintain patient medical records and HIPAA compliance.
