Job summary

UW Health Beaver Dam is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our expanding care teams in Dodge County. The role supports hospital, post-acute and long-term care services under the UW Health system, providing patient care across multiple settings with collaboration from a nationally recognized health system.

The position requires a PA degree, active licensure with prescriptive authority, PA board certification, and a DEA license or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or master's degree from an accredited PA program.
• Active state PA license with prescriptive authority, upon hire.
• Active PA board certification, upon hire.
• Active DEA license or ability to apply prior to or upon hire.
