Job summary

A medical facility specializing in orthopedics is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to support providers with sports injuries and various orthopedic conditions.   • Assist in surgical procedures and perform hospital rounding.

NOC is currently seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to work with one of our providers who specializes in sports injuries in addition to shoulder, knee, hip, elbow, and ankle problems.

Essential Functions
  • Orthopedic Care Knowledge
  • Liaison with Consulting Physicians & Nurses
  • Surgical assisting and hospital rounding
  • Core competency of privileges granted
  • Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
Requirements
  • Board Certified, active Nebraska license in good standing, & DEA license
  • Two years of experience is preferred, but not required (Current students are encouraged to apply)
  • Orthopedic knowledge is preferred.
