Job description

Description

Help Patients Get Back to What They Love.

At BoulderCentre for Orthopedics & Spine, we believe great orthopedic care is about more than treating an injury or managing pain; it's about helping people get back to the activities, careers, sports, and everyday moments that matter to them.

We are looking for a Physician Assistant to join our Sports Medicine & Spine team and partner closely with our orthopedic physicians to provide exceptional, patient-centered care.

This is an opportunity to be part of a specialty practice where your clinical expertise, judgment, and relationships with patients make a meaningful difference.

Why You May Love This Role!
Make an impact you can see.

From helping an athlete return to the field to helping a patient regain mobility and function, you'll have the opportunity to follow patients through their care journey and see the difference your work makes.

Practice as part of a collaborative team.

You’ll work closely with experienced orthopedic physicians and other clinical professionals, with opportunities to contribute your own clinical perspective while knowing you have physician support when you need it.

Build meaningful patient relationships.

Orthopedic and spine care often involves an ongoing relationship with patients. You’ll have the opportunity to educate, encourage, and guide patients as they work toward their treatment goals.

Bring your clinical judgment to the table.

Within the physician–PA relationship and your scope of practice, you’ll have the opportunity to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, manage follow-up care, and make clinical decisions.

Work in beautiful Boulder, Colorado.

Our location provides an opportunity to work in a community known for its active lifestyle, outdoor recreation, and strong connection to health and wellness.

Compensation

Schedule/Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Annualized Salary: Starting at $110,000–$145,000 for a 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

Bonus Eligibility: Yes
